Seed
Control
BRM produces its own fresh and healthy seed at the mill, rather than leaving farmers to purchase old seed from Vietnam or Thailand, or use their own seed from sun-dried rice.
The company delivers seed to farmers as part of an input finance package that also contains approved fertilizers and pesticides. The inputs are passed on to farmers at a discount of up to 20% to market, obtained from BRM's bulk purchasing.
With seed control, BRM can decide what rice varieties to grow in any given harvest, in line with customer demand. It can then encourage the farmers in its network to adopt and actively collaborate in the optimal product mix.
Seed control also allows the company to continually experiment with new rice varieties, and new technologies for growing them, on 150 ha of its land reserved for this purpose. This is what enables BRM to produce 10 different types of rice. With sufficient notice, it can produce almost any type to order.

Malys Angkor
Awarded Best Tasting Rice 6 times by the World Rice CongressThe highest-value Jasmine rice, also known as Rumduol Phka Malis. Renowned for its exceptional aroma and tender texture, enhanced after cooking.

SKO Jasmine
San Kra Ob is recognized for its fragrant aroma and nutty flavor. It is high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

Red Jasmine
Possesses a subtle floral fragrance. Also high in nutritional content when compared to polished rice.

SRO
Strong Ney rice is a high-yielding, long-grain variety, tender and aromatic, developed to be resistant to flooding and known for its high productivity.

Berry Rice
A super food high in anti-oxidants and Omega-3, known for its health benefits. Berry Rice is appreciated for its unique color, its nutty flavor with a hint of sweetness, and its chewy consistency.

Koshihikari Japonica
High-quality rice, of Japanese origin, that is normally used in sushi and rice cakes, as well as sake. It is mild, slightly sweet and nutty, with a sticky texture.

Premium Long-Grain White
A highly sought-after variety known for its length, light texture and subtle, neutral flavor, making it popular in various cuisines around the world.

Glutinous Rice
Also known as sticky rice or sweet rice, this is a type of rice known for its unique sticky texture when cooked, and is used often in Asian sweet dishes like Mango Sticky Rice.

We are bridging critical gaps in Cambodia's rice production with modern infrastructure and advanced technology.
Starting with the drying capacity of 120 MT per day, we have expanded to 800 MT as of 2023.

Paddy Intake & Drying
Paddy is cleaned to remove impurities and dried to optimal moisture levels for storage.

Hulling
The husk is removed, producing hulled rice, suitable for processing into various rice types.

Milling & Polishing
Hulled rice is milled and polished as needed, based on the variety and market requirements.

Grading
Rice is graded by size, shape, and quality, ensuring consistency across different product lines.

Sorting
Advanced sorting technologies eliminate impurities and defective grains, guaranteeing premium quality.

Packaging
Rice is flushed with nitrogen to ensure product quality, and then sealed in branded bags tailored for local and international markets.
